Truffle Risotto: This classic Italian dish is made with arborio rice, white wine, and chicken or vegetable broth, finished with Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Black truffles can also be shaved over the top for that extra decadence you deserve.

Truffle Mac and Cheese: Everyone loves Mac’N Cheese day. Elevate this comfort food by adding grated black truffle. Topped with breadcrumbs and baked until golden brown this is a delicious and indulgent side dish.

Truffle Butter Steak: Top a perfectly cooked steak with a slice of truffle butter, made by blending softened butter with finely grated truffles. Allow the butter to melt over the steak for a rich flavor.

Truffle Scrambled Eggs: Put your raw eggs in the container with your truffle for 24 hours. The Black winter truffle aroma permeates the shell and infuses the egg fats. When ready, whisk eggs with a splash of cream and finely grated truffle, then scramble in a pan with butter until fluffy and cooked to your liking. Serve with toast this makes a luxurious breakfast or brunch.
